I love this Fed Ex they ready take care of you and make sure they get all of your jobs done no matter how big or small! Miss Kitty, David and Lucas have been absolutely amazing every time I come into the store (and I’ve been in the store about 2 to 3 times a week lately) It’s feels really good to be treated like a valued customer. Thank you Fed Ex for all you do!!!

Depending on traffic and the time of day, I either go to this location or Delafield. Price is irrelevant to this review. Of course it cost a lot to ship. What I appreciate at this location is how friendly and fast the employees are every single time. There have been a few occasion where one employee was working alone. I did not wait long and he did everything he could to assist me and get my items out asap. I will continue to go here give the quality service.

the store was exceptionally clean... enough staff on hand so I didn't have to wait.... every member of the staff was pleasant and MOST helpful. I had a situation that I'd not previously encountered and they worked with me to ensure the label was printed out and affixed to the critical overnight package well in advance of the last pickup! I will DEFINITELY choose to frequent this location again.... well done, FedEx Office!!!

The staff here has saved my day several times. With printing, faxing, shipping... they even welcomed me inside when I had to wait for a tow truck to jump start my car battery.

I have needed to ship some extremely expensive measuring instruments from here 4 or 5 times. On several occasions after asking me whats in the case, and i say "about 60,000 in measuring equipment" he THROWS the case into the back area. It's well packed but damn! I can only wonder how the rest of my equipment's journey goes.....

For ALL print and ship needs-- GO HERE!!! This location has the most knowledgeable and helpful staff I've ever encountered. They work with you to find you the best pricing for what you're trying to do, and do it quickly! I am a designer and trusted this place enough to print my wedding invitations. They turned out GREAT and the price was unbeatable. Mark, Carolann and Kitty are rockstars!
