This is a totally useless outlet unless you are shipping something. The other services are so limited. I have tried to use this store multiple times and they were never able to help me with my projects. Today I had some printing and then I needed to use a paper cutter. The only paper cutter in the store is "not for public use," and I needed too many cuts so the representative couldn't help me out. "My other FedEx Office stores can help you out." I was so excited to have a store in Lake St. Louis, but now I am still driving to Wentzville or Highway K in O'Fallon.
