The website made it so much easier, especially considering COVID. Being able to submit an offer online and negotiate electronically was great. When I went back in, I was in and out to sign papers and pick up the car. Lorenzo and Chris were great to work with. And I didn’t catch his name but the finance guy in the Chevy dealership where I signed the papers was great too. And Lorenzo even drove the car to my house because I still had my previous car. Thanks!

When I asked for the sales guy to come down off the selling price of an used SUV, he told me that “you wouldn’t walk into a Gucci store and ask them to come off the price of a belt”, or “that you wouldn’t walk into a shoe store and ask them to come off the the price of a pair of shoes”. I’m not upset that I couldn’t get the deal I wanted there- i’m used to hearing no in my line of work. I think I was just taken back by the negotiation tactics and lack of couth that the sales guy and sales manager showed while negotiating. When we bought our Range Rover from Dimmitt, the level of professionalism was completely different.
