I can't recommend Northsound Telecom enough. Jean Cayo provided a level of service too often missing from many other local telecommunication providers. He was able to identify our veterinary hospital needs quickly and provided an installation plan that worked around our schedule. The new phone system is already improving our work flow!
Jean and his team provided excellent service. After moving into a new home, I had set up our local network by myself but had several issue that stumped me. One of Jean's technicians solved an issue with a driver in one of my computers and corrected a problem with our wireless access point. Then Jean decoded the CAT wiring that was preinstalled in the house but not terminated or labelled. Now everything works with a combination of wireless plus LAN for those devices that need high-speed connections, and everything is neat and tidy!
The technician, Jean Cayo, was very personable and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our issue and solved it. We are now able to use our second phone line and our emergency elevator phone. Thank you, Jean!
