When I first went to this location I asked about having a tubal ligation reversal. The doctor wanted nothing to do with that so I was told to do a round of IVF. I went through with that but it failed. Thankfully I continued my search and found a doctor in the bay area that will do tubal reversal. I strongly recommend going to Science Reproductive in San Ramon if you're after a tubal reversal. I have 3 star to after health Reproductive because I send like a paycheck to them. Over 200000 out of pocket, mind you and no one even called to check on me after the failed attempt. I was so bummed. Anyway, as I said if you're looking for tubal reversal go to San Ramon. This place will only do IVF treatment.

My wife and I had a horrible experience with this facility. Our initial consultation with Dr. Ezzati was very dry and impersonal. Subsequent to our consultation, my wife had a series of tests done at the doctor's request. All covered by insurance. However, due to an oversight by the Billing Dept. we were charged over a thousand dollars. We spent hours trying to correct the situation. However, most voicemails and e-mails went ignored by both Dr. Ezzati and his staff. Meanwhile, we were receiving letters, threatening to send us to a collection agency if we didn't pay immediately. After numerous months (yes, months) of refusing to give in to their demands they were finally able to correct their error. We were actually polite and respectful through the entire situation. But, in the end, not as much as a simple apology came from the office. Additionally, we never even received any kind of review our test results, and no one ever even bothered to inquire about our situation, or whether we were coming back for further consultation. They basically just wanted their money, and they were done with us. This was one of the most important decisions in our lives. And, nothing from this office instilled any sense of confidence or professionalism in us. Ultimately, we ended up going to another doctor, where the experience was a night and day difference. There was clarity, simplicity, and a sense that the doctor actually cared about us and our situation. In then end, it all worked out for the best, and was probably just a blessing in disguise.

When I made an appointment, they never told me my insurance doesn't cover for it, hence I was charged 400 for just a consultation visit (since my instance plan changed and they never updated me). I suggest everyone to confirm with them every year to make sure you are covered.
