The driver never showed up on our way home. I called the owner several times and he didn’t answer. So we had to put my kids in a taxi. One person made up excuses that the driver was in the hospital and the owner finally text me back and said the driver forgot. We almost missed our flight. Horrible service

The service we received from Francisco Gutierrez and Mr Nelson was superb. We had to change hotels and therefore pick up location and they did it with out any problems or extra fees. They were so kind, professional and helpful. If you need a shuttle to get you back and forth to airport from hotel they are highly recommended. Loved their service. Family Thomas
I was a little skeptical at first based on some of the reviews. However, the two drivers were punctual and very pleasant. The prices were unbeatable. We made use of two child seats that we had requested. My only suggestion would be a better way to book the services. Francisco, the owner, answers all the calls and often he is busy on the road and wants you text him or call him back.
My husband, daughters (4 and 7 months) and in-laws flew into Miami for a cruise. We needed a shuttle with car seats to get to our hotel prior to the cruise, to the ship and then back to the airport once back from the cruise. Dealing with the owner Francisco over the phone was challenging as he came across very abrupt and rude and I actually told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me to which he said “it’s because of my language and nationality”. The reviews I read online seemed good so I figured I could move on from the attitude I was receiving. Once in Miami, the vans were clean, car seats installed, and the drivers all seemed decent and knowledgeable- giving us tips on places to eat, how to use the free monorail, etc. which we appreciated. Again once the ship docked on the final day and we were able to call the company for our pick up to go to the airport, Francisco was very rude but we did get picked up without a long wait. Once home, I looked and noticed I was charged for the service I was quoted for, but was also charged a SECOND time and for an amount higher than I was even quoted. I’ve called and left messages, emailed the company and also sent a text message with the screen shot of my bank statement showing I was charged twice in error and would appreciate a call back and to have them fix the error. The company will now not pick up the phone (when they always had in the past) and won’t reply to the emails. Overall we were provided with the car rides we needed but the owner needs to adjust his attitude to be more respectful to people and not ignore people especially when it was him/his company who screwed up! If you have thick skin and can bite your tongue as well as ensure you have a paper trail of the price agreed upon to ensure only one payment being charged, then going with this company may be an option for you.
Very polite drivers and on time 3 out of 3 pick ups. They had the car seats already strapped in and ready to go. I will definitely use the service again.
