I have had a horrible time finding someone to fix my Movado watch and then I found Norman. He’s the best. He had my watch working and ready to pick up the same day (other places had kept it for months). When I picked up my Movado, I brought him my Rolex to see if it needed cleaning or anything. He checked it out and said I just needed to wind it. If you are into clocks, watches, barometers or history you might not want to leave his workshop. It’s full of the most amazing pieces. Even his testing equipment is fascinating. I would highly recommend Fidelity Restoration.

Normand is a very smart guy, he took great care in working on my watch and explaining exactly the issue with the aftermarket bezel I was trying to install on my watch. Him and his son Tom are great. I won’t be bringing my watch anywhere else for service, it’s nice to see he is passing the trade onto his son. I would highly recommend them. .....2 weeks later. Google won’t allow me to write a second review. Normand and Tom custom ordered me a bezel from one of their jewelers they work with, I was very happy with the results exactly what I was looking for. from order to getting watch back process took a week. this is a great place to take your watch for upgrades or service. Highly recommended
Would not recommend this business. I never write reviews but wanted to warn others that the 4.5 rating does not hold up. It took 1/2 hour to replace battery. Charged 75 cash only. Way too expensive! Did not have appropriate watch band after saying that he did. Very inconvenient.
I wanted to change my dial to a new green dial for my datejust rolex. Tom and Norman spent a lot of time to make sure they found just the right green I was looking for. And they finally found it!! Watch is beautiful and looks brand new after servicing and refinishing the band.... Great job!! Beautiful watch.
lf you are thinking about where to go to have an antique (50-year-old) clock repaired, please RUN, DON'T WALK, away from any thought of going to this place. I retrieved my clock yesterday after 7 months of back-and-forth give me an estimate of cost and time needed to clean and check this clock which had been working almost perfectly (it lost a bit of time each day) ever since we bought it in 1966 in Germany. Lo and behold, they hadn't even gotten to checking it yet, and the owner had trouble determining how to put the back cover back on the clock; I showed him. ABSOLUTELY the WORST.
