Bob was very professional, vehicles were clean, ultimately went another direction, but had a good overall experience. Their fees are a bit heavy IMO (489 on pre-owned; 295 Doc Fee and 194 “Government Fee”) The 194 is weird, what’s the gov’t charging me for besides reg/title/taxes which aren’t included in that 194 anyway? Kind of just a bad word to use when it’s not mandated or charged by any government. Just say your doc fee is 489, even though doc fees in general are bogus too. So you have to buy printer paper and pay employees, what business doesn’t? You sell cars, why have a “Car Sale Fee”? It’s like McD charging a burger fee on top of cost of the burger.
