Nice interesting statue dedicated to past governor George s Mickelson and other government officials that died in a plane crash in Iowa years back. Right next to the state Capitol building and capital lake.

Beautiful memorial for Gov. Mickelson and the others lost in 1993. Very picturesque location overlooking Capitol Lake.
