The Clinton location was great. After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about what to expect. The receptionist was courteous and friendly when I called to schedule my appointment. When i got to the lot, the lot attendant there was the same. I got my car back quick and in the same way it was taken. Nothing stolen. The young man that drove the car out to me was polite and courteous. I'm grateful that I can report such a good experience

THEY WILL STEAL OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE. THEY STOLE MY DEBIT CARDS AND MONEY FROM MY WALLET AND WAS EVEN BOLD ENOUGH TO TRY AND USE THEM IVE GOTTEN NOTIFICATIONS THAT THE DEBIT AND CREDIT CARDS THAT I REPORTED AS STOLEN WERE LATER USED THE SAME DAY I CAME TO GET MY POSSESSIONS OUT OF MY VEHICLE. THEY BETTER REMEMBER KARMA IS REAL AND IM SPEAKING IN THE CLINTON MARYLAND LOCATION
Completely unprofessional! They don’t know if they are coming or going or who is in charge for that matter. No one there knows who is in charge... one man didn’t know who was the manager because he just cleans the parking lot but apparently drives the cars too good to know! I get that they aren’t going to have an outstanding rating considering the nature of their business but this company seriously has staff that thinks they are high and mighty because they have big red tow trucks and smoke vapes. Just an FYI -if you have a customer there they obviously aren’t in their best situation at that time.... Maybe try to be more considerate and understanding instead of big DB’s! Happy Thursday!
Although my experience with collecting my possessions was really well, I've noticed that there are somethings missing from my belongings at was cleaned out of my car. There were some car liquids that I had just purchased they were missing also at the very bottom of one of the bags for my license plates, but no license plate frames. I am pretty sure those are gone and also a key card to my workplace. Now, if I am able to recover those items then I would be happy to change my rating.
Horrible company all around. The only thing worse than getting repoed by them is working for them. They steal property from debtors’ cars on a regular basis. The complaint packet that they offer you, never gets looked at by anyone. They also illegally gps 99% of the cars they tow. If you have a complaint make sure you voice it to the bank that financed you. Your banks are the only ones who can do anything about you lost or stolen property.
