Mary Sullivan was extremely helpful in every way with me getting my loan. Started off with a few simple emails with some information regarding loans. Upon her first couple emails she made me feel very comfortable asking her anything regarding a possible loan. Well it didn’t take me long to decide that I was going with Finex Credit Union. She made you feel like you were already her friend and made it so easy in answering any questions I had. She always stayed in contact with me without any pressure at all regarding the loan. Whether it was an email, phone call or text she always kept me in the loop and was always there to answer all my questions even if it just the simplest minor question. I would highly recommend Mary Sullivan and the Finex Credit Union. It was a great experience and possibly one of the easiest stress free processes I’ve ever been through. I know if I ever needed another loan it would absolutely be with Mary and Finex. Thanks for everything
