If I could go somewhere else I would! Customer Service has diminished greatly over the past couple years. They are slow when processing anything, quick to add 31 \courtesy pay\ fees and won't reverse them at all!! I've been at the CU for 12 years and they still deny me loans! They don't communicate, you have to keep calling to check on things its ridiculous! Don't go here!

My one complaint is that they don’t ever answer their phone... leave you on hold forever and I just have to continue to call over and over.. till finally one day someone did answer but this was after calling like 15 times, literally ... I have always had good experiences with the tellers/ staff and Candice was very accommodating to be exact! Ty so much for making my life a little easier and you were super friendly/ nice (Candice) ..

I’ve been a loyal customer of One Detroit Credit Union for over five years!!! Having a hold placed on a State of MI unemployment check is totally unacceptable especially during a pandemic!!!! They have no care or compassion for the customer!! I will be closing my account ASAP!!!!

I put in for a loan in April and got approved in April. Anything that they asked for I sent within a few minutes. The person handling my loan never got back to me when they were supposed to and when I called they kept giving me the runaround. Long story short they messed around till the loan expired and I never got the loan and not even a return call or email from them to explain what happened. Friendly people but very unprofessional. Very very disappointed
