Very nice restaurant in a quaint small town atmosphere. Went with my wife and 13 year old daughter. It is a little on the pricey side, but the food and experience were great. I had the Macadamia Halibut and my wife and daughter both had the blackened salmon sandwich with crab bisque and appetizer crab cakes. My wife described the crab bisque as the best she's ever eaten. The salmon was well prepared and good but not amazing. The crab cakes were absolutely amazing. The Halibut was perfectly prepared but I'm personally not partial to the Thai peanut sauce as the correct seasoning for Halibut. It was the only Halibut option on the menu and I did not ask if the had other Halibut prep options. The peanut sauce was good but in my opinion not the best match for Halibut. Overall excellent experience, but I recommend trying other dishes with the crab bisque and crab cakes.

Our first time at Fins Bistro we ordered the stuffed sole and a couple glasses of red wine. It was so good we asked the owner if he could cater our Friendsmas! We went during the most recent lockdown and was fortunate enough to get a table outside. It seems like Fins Bistro invested a lot in their outdoor dining because our experience eating outside in 45 degree weather was warm and cozy. I highly recommend!

Order the scallops. Perfectly prepared, and the lemon emulsion and thin base of mashed potatoes amazingly prepared were divine. Finally, a nice restaurant around here actually worth the price.
