Great experience with Ken and Sandy! Love my new fireplace! . Converted wood burning to gas. Ken is very knowledgeable about the fireplaces in Clintonville homes so understood what I needed. He helped to connect me with gas plumber who did a great job. Highly recommend Fireplace Services!!

I was absolutely amazed by the service and how fast and affordable Fireplace Services is! They completely replace my old fireplace and gave me a absolutely gorgeous new one!! I highly recommend them! We had a very old gas fireplace hookup that we had repaired (by Calhoun Plumbing at Kenn’s recommendation), in preparation for a new gas log system from Fireplace Services LTD. Kenn, Sandy, and a man whose name I did not catch (sorry!!) came out today (a Sunday for Pete’s sake!) to get our new gas logs installed before Christmas. They are speedy workers, and super knowledgeable, and were in and out in no time. We LOVE our new, warm room! If you’re in an older home without an updated fireplace, it will seem like a big project to get it “up to code” but it’s totally worth it to get things up and running, and we’re so happy we went through with it.

Kenn and Dan did a fantastic job with our fireplace. We had the glass shatter as well as being 10 years old and never cleaned. They took it apart and cleaned it very thoroughly and have it looking and burning like new. We are so happy with their work!

Ken and Sandy did a fantastic job with our fireplace! They were prompt, dedicated, and their expertise was on full display. Within just a couple of minutes Ken knew why our gas fireplace wasn’t working and put together a plan to fix it. We quickly scheduled the full repair and the day of the team was in and out within the hour, and my husband and I were blessed with what looked like a brand new fireplace!! Ken is not only burning with expertise, he’s prompt, kind, and determined to do things right. He investigated our fireplaces with the sort of determination you’d expect from Sherlock Holmes, only resting when he was absolutely certain of the best (and, therefore, irrefutable) answer. He and Sandy delivered great service every time we needed it. I can’t rate or rave with more stars because Google only allows 5. But my experience was both fired up and fire proof. Excellent in every way.

Had a Heatolater fireplace initially installed by MI Homes in 2000. Went to Hamilton Parker to look at fireplaces as it was not working well for the past couple of years. Would have required a new fireplace 15-18k to replace. Fireplace Services did a complete overhaul of my original unit, added a blower and remote and it actually looks better than the original. Hard to find workers that meet your expectations, nearly impossible to find companies that beat them! Straight shooters, zero complaints, thankful I went this route over replacing.

Ken is the MAN! We had 3 people try to start our fireplace that hadn't been working in years. Ken came in and had it started in less than 5 minutes. Unreal. He was Prompt, Professional and Informative. Will work with him always! 5 starssss!
