Owen and Beau (Bo?) were incredibly courteous and professional. The install looks incredible, and they cleaned up any mess that may have occurred during install. They even made sure to let me know that I could call them if I had any problems or questions about my new fireplace, and when I did call to ask a question, they were very knowledgeable and patient in assisting me. I have recommended The Fireplace Warehouse to my buddy who is building a house, as well as to anyone who may need a beautiful fireplace upgrade. Don’t forget to ask for Beau (Bo?) and Owen!
