I am really disappointed in this place. I put my dog in 2 week boot camp and have not seen a big difference in her behavior. Vince had recommended we keep her for another week yet 2 dogs that had been in the training for 3 weeks skills were not any better than the way our dog behaved. I called Vince to talk about this and he did not address my issues and preceded to tell me to keep up with training and then hung out without allowing me to say anything else. To me this is not how you treat a customer that just made a huge investment in her dog and spent almost 900. I am glad I did not leave my dog there for another week because I feel this company is all about making money and not about the experience of the customer. He also sold us on a collar that "he does not make any money off of" costing us 23. We went home and researched and found the collar for less than 10. This company does not care about the customer and it shows in the response I got when I called to nicely talk to him about it. I had called to check up on my dog and see how she was doing and all I was told was she was taking to training well. My dog is more than just a dog to me and I was leaving her with a complete stranger. I feel for the money spent I should have received better communication. I had asked to tour the facility before i dropped my dog off and I was not allowed to see anything. I have 3 other dogs that we debated bringing here but will definitely be spending our money elsewhere and I recommend anyone else do the same.

My dog improved in sits, down, stay. Really everything has improved since he is just a puppy and didn't know anything. I enjoyed learning myself how to correct his behavior in a positive way. The Instructor that showed us the raining was very patient and showed in a very simple and positive way.
Indiana is great with everything, and the rug is extremely helpful. Vince gives great examples that fit everyday occurrences. Vince taught me how I am causing certain behaviors and how to fix this. This is better than any other training Ive been to.
Sadgewick was put into boot camp because of his barking, stealing of food, and lack of basic commands. He really improved in not being distracted, following commands, and minimal vocalization. I enjoyed the demonstrations and focus on positive feedback and praise. The instructor used examples specific to my dog and the issues we were particularly interested in changing.
Lady is a great listener now. She really excelled in staying from the course. I enjoy being able to leave both dogs sight and have them well behaved. The instructor helped me by telling me to be consistent with everything I do.
Duke is great at listening and being a good dog, especially at staying. I really enjoyed the rug training. What helped me when the instructor explaining the important of each step, what not to do and what to do and why!
Chopper's control greatly improved. He is very relaxed and is no longer barking excessively. I enjoy being in control and seeing that Chopper is still having fun. The instruction helped me by correcting my mistakes, as well as reinforcing what I was doing right.
Ember was put into boot camp because of not obeying commands and jumping. The rug work was excellent, along with sitting and staying. The teachers willingness to answer any and all questions, even what seemed to be the silliest ones, and explanations of what was going on really helped me and was very enjoying.
