A small cozy kind of shack and delicious food! The staff were excellent and both the cook and the woman taking the order continued to check on me multiple times. I went early in the day so there were only two customers besides myself. The burger and fries were perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a hole in the wall dining experience.

We stopped in late but had some very great food! My husband, our 4 kids and I had a good time here. The service was exceptionally friendly, the food looked and tasted fantastic! I recommend this place for a good meal. It's tiny inside, but big hearts :)

Great food, great service. We went there in between lunch and dinner and you could tell all the food was freshly made. The burgers were great, they came with salsa and had a mango salsa that was really good also. The owner was working that afternoon and took great care of us. The building isn't much to look at but once you enter, the staff will at ease any concerns about the establishment.

Looks truly can deceive. A small family owned place, their food sets them apart from any chain or common joint. Fresh homemade food served in a casual and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great burgers or seafood in the area who doesn't want to wait for a generic chain meal.

The first impression almost made me wanna go somewhere else, but after the first bite, I was glad I stayed! Excellent burgers that are second to none. The staff was super friendly as well.

This little shack doesn't look like much from the outside, but believe me... it is worth the stop. The typical blues and pinks that dot along the roads on buildings in the south can be seen on Flamingo Joe's. upon walking in, you feel at home when placed amoung the welcoming decor and smiles! When arriving, you notice the walls covered in old vinyls and Oprah magazines left on bookselves for your pleasure to read. Flamingo signs are everywhere! To order, you walk up to the register. There are menus to the left of the window and a tip jar to the right. The dashing young lad behind the counter takes your order and asks if you would like fries with your meal. Say yes! They were FABULOUS. Also, order some of their homemade sweet tea! Which we were delighted to hear the recipe for! Our burgers were done perfectly and had just the right amount of crunch to them. The veggies were extremely fresh and loaded on! This family owned restaurant was one we would most definitely go to again.

I must have not ordered correctly. Therefore, for me, this was only a 3-star experience. However the mango salsa and gumbo were both quite good. My main meal, the surfin bird, was difficult to eat. (It's a grilled chicken breast with four shrimp on a whole wheat bun) I hate not finishing a meal that I pay for, and I just could not make myself finish this entree. The whole experience was a little rough, too. Very hot and stuffy environment.

Food was okay. We didn't realize burgers were on wheat buns so that would have been good to know ahead of time. Liked that they had a kids corner to entertain the kids while they are waiting on their food
