My wife had an appointment for a microdermabrasion session and 5 minutes after her scheduled time, she calls the receptionist as she was having trouble finding the store. The receptionist responds letting her know "not to bother showing up as there is too much paperwork that would need to be completed". This was after a 40 minute drive. This level of customer service and professionalism tells you all you need to know about how a business handles themselves.
