Mike comes highly recommended by my husband's co-worker. He and his buddy did not disappoint! We had a pool cover installed in September. Was so pleased with how it turned out and how professional he was. Also had him come back to close the pool. Super friendly and knowledgeable and he will let you know exactly what he is going to do and cost. Very responsive with our txt and punctual. He is definitely our go to guy for our pool.

Called this company back in April to set up a time to get my pool opened. I was very honest, that this was MY first time opening the pool. I asked did he need to come take a look and see the pool and equipment. He was very courteous and said no, WE GOT YOU TAKEN CARE OF. I was scheduled the first week of May and followed up twice to be sure we were still a go. Then things started going south. He arrived 5 hours late to the house and then called to tell me my pool pump was bad. I didnt know otherwise so I asked how much and could he take care of this. He stated a few hundred dollars. I asked him to go ahead and order so we can get the pool up. I sent several texts to ask if ordered then I get that it will be 450 and its probably best if I go with someone else, because he was booked and couldn't get to me until the following week. I was very unhappy at this point, then he stated that he wasn't aware that he'd be coming in to a broken pump etc. Needles to say, he was WRONG pol pump was fine and my pool looks GREAT and NO THANKS TO FLAWLESS POOLS. Id steer clear, he seems very nice and genuine but this was not a good experience at all.

Just happened to bump into these guys at the 7-Eleven gas station. They took the time away from their breakfast to talk to me find out what I needed went and looked at my house and just went ahead and clean the pool right then and there. I thought it would take a lot longer than it did and they finish in 2 hours I thought I was going to be stuck with a dirty pool for weeks, thanks Mike. Highly recommend these guys
