My gf tried to get her ear pierced twice here. First time went in and they said you need an appointment. She understood and made the appointment for the next week. We are on our way to get the tattoo when we call to say we'll be 5 mins late. The guy answers and says \oh the guy isn't in again today someone was supposed to call you. we'll have someone call to set up another appointment\ never got that call either and we are now finding a different place.
