I'm a Florence resident) If I could give a *ZERO* I would. Because I have driving anxiety, I cannot drive to a larger, more professional airport. I recieved an email confirmation from AA that my flight was active and I could proceed with my trip. The day before leaving, I went to the Florence Airport to make sure all was ok to take my trip. 2 representatives said yes it's ok to go. The day of my trip I asked again was it ok to go... so this makes 3 people that said yes it's ok to go and the country i was flying to was open. So I flew from Florence to Charlotte to Miami. Go to Miami and and to come right back to Florence because all 3 of the representatives gave me the wrong information! So disappointing especially being that I live in the same town as this airport.

Easy, in and out. Hopefully American continues to serve this airport and Florence.

This little airport has got to have one of the worst on-time ratings. I cannot recall the last time I flew in or out of florence and the flight wasn't delayed or cancelled. I live in Florence and travel often for work, but will not be using Florence Regional Airport anymore. I will gladly drive 2.5 hrs to Charlotte or 1.5 to Columbia. The idea of convenience is not worth the reality of it not actually existing.
