Staff does not seem prepared or helpful. Wasted half of my day as they spelled my name wrong on insurance form and couldn't get it to go through. Hung up on me and would not answer phone. Eventually told me the error but doctor gone for the day so I would have to reschedule. Could have been handled better.

I called the Flower Mound office and the receptionist was pretty rude, she talked over me several times and it seemed as if calling to make an appointment was asking too much.

Had Elbow surgery from over use, tennis, golf, collage basketball. Dr. Greenberg did a fantastic job. Had a flare up about 12 years later and got a shot and that resolved the issue. Dr. Greenberg was very attentive and spent ample time listening to me, he was very personable. Thank You Dr. Mark!!

They definitely deserve the low online reviews. Their Medical Assistant Amber. She calls my name, I’m in the waiting room and as I’m walking towards her she literally lets the door close right in my face. She never attempts to open the door, I had to let myself in. To find her on the other side of the wall just waiting on me. No apology! When she enters the patient room, to go over my patient paperwork, she doesn’t introduce herself or gives me her title. Not until after she insults me by saying “she has to correct my paperwork,because I messed it all up”, that I asked her who she was. Her answer was, “I’m the Medical Assistant”, but doesn’t give me her name. I had to ask another staff member her name! Thank God I didn’t require additional follow-up, because I would have NEVER returned to this facility. RUDE and NASTY unfortunately one rotten apple caused a bad review for the whole team.
