Easy in and out. Walked inside, and the woman at the counter asked for the order number, and to see my ID. Very pleasant and friendly, she gave me a paper to show the guys loading, so they know I'm getting the right product. Waited a few minutes for another customer to get loaded, then backed up to the door, showed my paper, they loaded my TV and that was it!

I was greeted by a very nice woman who worked hard to get my order ready. The warehouse workers were respectful of my time, very helpful and courteous. Everyone was very mindful of the fragile television I was picking up and did a fantastic job loading it in my truck. The lobby, parking lot and warehouse were all very clean. The only reason i took a star off is because I waited about 25 minutes after I recieved the email telling me my order was ready to pick up. The people I dealt with were fantastic!
