Fantastic, Flowers by Ami comes through for the win again!!!! Ordered a gorgeous arrangement for V-Day and delivery. Snow snafu on the delivery whilst I was stuck in another state. Wife was home, called in and went to PU, a bit much to handle for her (large vase with water and flowers), so delivery person followed her home with the goods! Thank you Flowers by Ami!!!!!

What an amazing job done by Ami and his staff to make our Wedding extra special, by creating a breathtaking bridal bouquet, beautiful centerpieces, boutonnieres, and antiques wrist corsages. I’ve been here several times and have never had a complaint. However, today I called to put an order in for pickup and the woman who answered said just to come in, as the shop was empty. I arrived about 20mins later and was completely ignored. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if I thought maybe she just “didn’t see me”, but they have a bell that rings anytime the front door opens. She walked by twice and didn’t even look my way. I stood there for a few minutes thinking perhaps she was finishing something up in the back. I could have said something or I could just go spend my money at another florist shop. Which is exactly what I did. Too bad for them, lost a client due to horrible customer service \u200d️
