Excellent Service! Great Pricing! I needed to replace two HVAC systems. After getting estimates Floyd's prices beat all others by several thousand dollars. I had been using Waldrop for over 15 years and had a service contract with them, but they could not come close to matching Floyd's prices. Oh and Mr. Floyd did the estimate and installation. He was wonderful to work with.

I had an AC emergency for which Floyd’s was willing to help. I was willing to pay time and a half since I was desperate on Friday afternoon. So far so good. However, after assessing the situation and working up a price, he quoted 1400. I thought I misunderstood. A 2hour job for 1400? I told him no thanks and called someone else. I had someone at my home 30 minutes later and it cost me 500. Go figure.
