I truly cannot say enough good things about the customer service experience I had—it may have been the best I've had anywhere in my life! I really enjoyed working with Caity. She’s an incredibly tactful, kind, and dedicated employee. I love my new Brannen. If you’re ordering from about 6 hours away or more, don’t expect anything to arrive overnight. It takes about three days. My new Brannen came with a bit of tarnish and a severely leaking low C# key that I had to fix myself. I also had to adjust my expectations. This is a large business. It’s not likely that you’ll get the lovely little considerations that you might get somewhere like JL Smith. For those reasons, I’ve given FCNY a four star review instead of five. They’re not likely to let you down, but that little bit of magic just isn’t there. FCNY has an extensive variety of products and will almost certainly meet all of your flute needs.
