They take care of you like you are a member of their own family. They recently left me an item in a \hidden\ spot bc I wasn't able to get there before they closed for several days for Xmas. Not only did they hook me up--they didn't charge me. Best Christmas gift this year!

Supposed to order a book for my childs band class. Never ordered it, never called me back. Wasted my time only to have to go somewhere different for it.
