Great venue! Lots of gear and chill space in back for band.

Very prompt and courteous service. Needed equipment for an event at 4pm. Called at 1:30pm, picked up around 3pm and got everything set up where it needed to be no problem. Much appreciated.

Well SIR provides the best service and equipment for a traveling musician and Vegas is no exception. Just check out the menu of equipment. Needed an amp and keyboard to do some hotel room before a gig. Great price and service.

Horrible service! The most unprofessional man runs the place and interrupted my inquiry and said he ENJOYED being rude to "someone like me" This place will get sued for their discrimination in no time! The instruments are outdated, beat up and the facility looks like trash! Your better off finding your instruments online than to be mistreated by prejudice people like this!

B

Bernie Manders

Great services and prices, and contrary to other reviews I found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I'm beginning to wonder if this is the same guy I keep encountering on the phone.

Extremely rude guy on the phone. I mean even if you are having a bad day, you still have to be nice to the customer. These vegas people really need to learn how to respect people.
