On Valentines my love living in Texas sent me flowers to be delivered on Saturday the 13th, my flowers arrived on Thursday and were left on my porch when I came and found them they had been sitting in the sun and had taken a beating. I called the florist spoke with a woman whom presented herself a the manager/owner whom apologized and offered to replace them when I was ready. I have not been able to reach anyone l have called and text this was a horrible experience and it was our first valentines l was to embarrassed to show off my flowers

I ordered from 1-800 Flowers, the Peppermint Joy arrangement. Paid 95.00 for the arrangement. I got something that looked like was picked up from a grocery store and quickly put together and sent to my wife. I would never order from them and hope 1-800 Flowers stop using them. If I had to put it together myself I'm sure I could have done a better job than this place. Thanks Miracle Flowers for ruining the Christmas Surprise. Product #: 176963L on 1-800 Flowers.
This place is horrible. Do not order flowers from them, you will be disappointed and get ripped off. I spent 75.00 on a bouquet of flowers that looked like a 15.00 bouquet from Rales. The flowers were not even arranged. They also forgot to write who the flowers were from. Don't do it!
Just received a holiday arrangement and 5 out of 5 roses in the arrangement were already turning brown. I wonder if they used leftovers to make this? Called both customer service numbers, both recordings said "voicemail is full." Not surprised at all....... I guess I will have to make a 2 hour round trip to this store to talk to anyone, but the way they run their phones, I would probably find the door locked. I feel bad for my friend who bought this expensive arrangement. Haven't seen one good review of this florist. How do they stay in business? Hugely disappointed.
These guys are awesome! When my flowers were first delivered, they were left down at the bottom of my hill by my (unlocked gate). They were left inside the gate, I had arrived home at night and did not see them until the next morning. The deer must have had some fun, because they were partially eaten and wilted (I'm sure due to heat). I phoned Miracle Flowers and they said they would gladly replace the flowers and they did! Totally professional! The driver phoned me to let me know he would be there at a certain time and he was. To me, that shows integrity. Thanks guys!
Without a doubt I would NEVER order flowers from this florist!!! Do not order flowers from this florist unless you want to be greatly disappointed. I placed my order through 1-800-flowers. I had spent nearly 100. Lots of flowers, many white roses and a scattering of blue flowers. The description said, white rises, carnations, Peruvian lilies other flowers and blue delphinium. Product number 167006. What was delivered was 3 or 4 fully opened limp white roses, lilies that were already loosing their leaves and petals, and a bunch of filler stuff. Less than 12 flowers in the entire arrangement. They looked like flowers that had been thrown in the trash or even worse. Perhaps a 10 arrangement and the vase cost 5. Certainly not worth the price I paid. I've already complained to 1-800-florist who are sending a replacement arrangement that looks nothing like what I ordered. It's coming by FedEx. Anything else I chose as a replacement would come from the same florist. NO THANK YOU!
Ordered a bouquet from 1800 Flowers for my mother's 95th Birthday. Miracle fulfilled and delivered on time but the arrangement was a poor interpretation of the pictured one. Flowers were wilting within hours of delivery..
