We worked with Rae when we purchased and sold our home. Rae was awesome to work with! She really went above and beyond to help ensure we had a smooth closing on our home. She is a great negotiator and really makes you feel at ease during a process that can sometimes be stressful. I highly recommend Rae as an agent!

ZERO STARS!!!!Use this company at your own risk!!! The only reason I’m giving this company one star is because it won’t let me give them zero.... From the very beginning this company and its owner/property manager Lisa did nothing but conduct themselves unprofessionally. When time came for this company to get tenants into my rental property they did absolutely no background check or financial check to make sure that these people were financially able to afford my rental. Next thing, the full security deposit was not collected at time of move in, and Lisa never even asked myself or my husband if that was ok. Another thing, when the tenants became truant Lisa told me that I should be happy and thankful that we are getting any money from the tenants because it could be a lot worse. She acted in the interest of the tenants rather than myself and my husband, the people who were actually paying her and who hired her company to manage our rental. In our lease it stated that she was to act in the best interest of myself and my husband (the property owners) and throughout the six months we “worked together” she did nothing in our interest at all. Icing on the cake, every communion (very few because she never responded to texts or emails or phone calls) she was very rude and snarky and just plain unprofessional. I would highly recommend NOT using this poor excuse of a property management company.

My family and I moved to Casper in early 2020. I contacted forefront with hopes to rent for a year and then buy a house. Forefront helped me accomplish these goals with ease. Rae Tarasoff was our Realator and I would recommend her to anyone!! We were so impressed with her work ethic. Nights, weekends, she worked around the clock folks!!!! With Raes hard work and guidance through this process we were able to close early on our first home. Forefront also adjusted our rental lease allowing us to save some money our last month in the rental. It’s apparent these folks care an awful lot about their customers. Lisa and Co. are the best of the best. They manage 13 units for me in Casper and I feel like they take care of the properties as well as I would. They are always looking out for the best interest of me as the owner, but still treat the tenants very fair and are very respectful as well. They do their best to make sure that my assets increase in value and I'm very pleased with all of their hard work!
