Water Pipe Broke and usage went from 4000 to 26000 . I called 4 Star because I remembered the owner Ted H as a really great kind man with integrity. Carlos F and Brion came within hours to survey my leak. The same day they returned, dug out and replaced the pipe. The men were knowledgeable, hard working, very polite and quick. Amazingly Quick! I am so pleased and relieved. I am a Sr. woman, The price was a fraction of what another Co had quoted and charged me 300 for. (Jolly..don't call!) I recommend highly.

I am pleased to give 5 very well-earned STARS to 4 STAR PLUMBING, as the experience I had with their tech Christian fully validates this review. Like a knight in shining armor, Christian emerged from his van stocked will all types of plumbing implements to efficiently and masterfully unclog our toilet. It was a battle to be sure, and not an easy one... But with a pleasant and confident attitude, our hero prevailed and the waters ran free once again! The reality is actually close enough. It was not an easy task, but Christian was highly professional and managed to resolve our issue expediently and with a positive and smiling attitude. I would not hesitate to call on him and 4 STAR Plumbing again and highly recommend their services. If I could make just one suggestion... Change your company name to 5 STAR PLUMBING, as it is well deserved!

Service was very prompt and gave great information and follow up care. Cost of service was more affordable than other companies. I would definitely use their services again.
Sent inexperienced plumber who took 2 hours to do a 30 min shower nozzle replacement...then overcharged the estimate. Look at this 'quality' work and how it was mounted on an old burnt scrap piece of wood, with the screw splitting it. So I paid, but still have the issue. Buyer beware.... you've been warned.
