This was a drive from me, but I was happy to do it after speaking to several different people on the phone. Everyone was friendly and attentive, on the phone and in person. They were able to get me back on the trail faster than what I was told and the price was reasonable. I am definitely going back for any trek specific needs I have!

After shopping multiple bike shops I was treated great at Trek Bicycle , the staff was extremely helpful. And the price was absolutely phenomenal. Also they were the only one in town that had bikes available. I purchased every accessory that I can and also they installed my bike rack for me on my car super cool thank you .

The Trek Store Fort Lauderdale is great, the service they offer consistently is always top notch. Their entire staff gets Customer Service and is a pleasure to get to know them over the years. I would highly recommend using them for any range of bikes from beginners to top of the line.

I frequent this Trek location because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and all about the people. More specifically, AAron at Trek has been most helpful. I promised AAron a 5 star review and cash tip because his service, work ethic and customer first mindset. AAron not only gives the most cost effective advice, but actually performed bike surgery to remove a keyless lock right before my eyes. Thank you so much AAron!
