Food was ordered online to be READY at 6:01. Arrived at 6:25 (to give them extra time) and STILL had to WAIT for 20 minutes. Staff had to look at my phone for order clarification. Not sure if I will eat from here again. Cashier did apologize twice. Did NOT help that customer after us received their food first when we were \waiting on the fries\ who had double fries on their order.
I have been to Captain D's locations all over the US & I gotta tell you this location is one of the best.
Grilled Alaskan salmon was well overcooked to the point of being dry. If you order a Loaded Baked Potato, they include no sour cream, with the additional charge, and no knowledge that sour cream is not included, which is a common sense topping for such an item. Very poor customer service experience on this occasion.
