I have had an account since 1987 but this was a first. They were attempting to incorporate a two system security system. After finding 8 bicycles then they wanted to text me a security code. The system did send the code then I asked via text. So then I asked it to callto with the code but for some reason it wanted you to hit pound sign first. Well you can hit a pound symbol from an alphanumeric keyboard but it will not generate a tone. I was able to get through the security by resorting to using two phones at the same time that the tip of the iceberg. Do not expect to speak with someone after 6pm it will not happen. If they are going to secure my account you should at least be able to speack with someone. The single star is for incorporating security measures that can not be resolved until they are in the office and not realizing the impact on customer service.

12 January 2021, Tuesday: An individual came to my dad's house this afternoon and they decided to FORCEFULLY knock on the front door. They did not verbally announce themselves. This individual taped a letter to the door before leaving. Since the letter contains my dad's name, account number and home address, I am convinced that said individual was sent by this bank. I have been house-sitting for my dad. (An employee would call and hang up after I aked if I could help them or after I offered to give them my dad's cell phone number.)

Yesterday on 10/05/20, I tried contacting Fort Worth Community Credit Union for a person with disabilities. I called them at approximately 4:50 PM and requested to get a member number for a hard of hearing person so they could make her first car payment. I spoke to a Maria extension 2283, in which I told her that the she was hard of hearing and couldn't hear her over the phone, but I was interpreting for her. Maria could hear the hard of hearing person over the phone, but refused to talk to her. I told her that she could ask security questions and I would interpret so she can answer them. She continually refused to talk with me and required Amy to go and present ID in order for them to discuss the account. I told her this is discriminating, but she stated that's what her supervisor told her. I advised that I would be filing a complaint with the ADA for discrimination. They were very rude over the phone once I told them I would be filing a complaint they refused to talk, and I disconnected the call. I have filed an ADA complaint against this company for discrimination of a person with disabilities.

I went to close an account at this credit union and the cop at the reception (yup) says good morning. I looked at him and continued to sign in without returning the greeting. I walked back to the waiting area and was called up pretty quick. After being denied to close the account, the cop followed me out and pulled me over a block down the road. Said my license was suspended. He had looked at the sign in screen and used the information to run my name. I was arrested and taken to jail. These people credit union employees actually protected the cop from any liability by stating that I caused a disturbance. Wow. I will let you determine how you feel about the situation. Happy banking.
