Went to another dealer and they held me up for about a week and no commitment. Fort Worth Harley-Davidson took 4 hours and I had my Harley. That simple! Everyone from the forklift operator to the sales force on the showroom floor was super helpful and friendly. I was shown a scooter the same color and the same year as my second Harley, this one had been well taken care of and more along the lines of one I saw as a kid, a Heritage Softail Classic. Top-Notch! Love IT!

I really like this HD dealership. It's large and clean and the ladies in the merch area are always beyond helpful and sweet. The salesmen up front are welcoming but never pushy. I have not brought my Street Glide in for servicing yet. So I will update this with a service note after I do that. I have no reason to doubt theit skill and customer service at this time.
