Foschini’s USED to be my favorite place to eat. Now I’m not bashing the company or the brand so let’s make that clear. I’m sure other locations are run better. Who I am calling out is the terrible customer service and unhealthy work environment. To begin I constantly have to remind the employees to wear face masks for everyones protection. Especially the delivery drivers. Either they don’t have masks or they aren’t wearing them correctly. Another issue I have is with one of the owners! I stopped getting deliveries because of the above issues and started placing orders for pick up. A few times I have arrived the owner and one of her associates are constantly ignoring me. They are always busy flirting and I have to ask for help. There are times that I’ve come in and no one is even out front. It takes me yelling for help to get anyones attention. I understand it takes the employees time to get decent after having “fun” in the back. I just find it extremely unprofessional that one of the owners can’t seem to keep her hands off her employees. It’s also disrespectful of the associate in question to be messing around with a married woman. It takes two. I would highly recommend the male owner to check on his other half. I would hate to see this place go under because of personal reasons.

I just moved here from NY and I was a little homesick for good pizza. This pizza exceeds al expectations. It was excellent. My boyfriend who has lived in Bergen County his whole life said that this was hands down the best pizza he’s had here. The salad was great, the chicken was perfect. But most importantly, the customer service was top of the line. The woman on the phone was a sweetheart and so welcoming and friendly when we came to pick up. Prices are decent, too. 10/10 would recommend and we’ll absolutely be coming back frequently since it’s just around the corner.
There was a straight up LIVE BEE in our Buffalo Chicken Wrap, and hair in our chicken sandwich. After calling them, they only refunded 30% of the order. Kind of ridiculous considering there was a live insect in the food. The other food we ate before discovering this was average at best.
I have lived in Dumont for 8 years and Foschinis is the only pizza I eat in this town. The food is consistently great and the customer service is always on point. The drivers are perfectly professional and polite. The owner is a sweetheart. I have had an especially rough year and her kindness to my family has truly been appreciated. Clearly she trains her employees to be kind and helpful to her customers. My kids love going in there and picking out slices bc they always have a variety of everything. They even noticed one of my girls wasn't feeling good when we were waiting for takeout and gave her some tea while we waited. They are always thoughtful and try hard to make you feel at home. I highly recommend them. Go in and talk to the owner, she's a blast. \u003c3
Ordered for pickup, was just in time. And the taste was amazing! 5/5 would come back!
