Jonathan, the engineer and owner of Foundation Worx, wrote a detailed bid for us with a diagram of the tiebacks that would be inserted in our retaining wall, along with a well-thought-out dollar and time estimate. Jonathan's bid was only 10 percent of a competitor's bid, because Jonathan was focused on what REALLY needed to be done with our wall, compared to the breezy salesman from the competitor who was focused on using our bid to make his his boat payment. The Foundation Worx crew (Cruz, Gabe, Robert and Richard) were here five days working on the wall, and even though they ran into issues (concrete rubble behind the wall), they found places where they could drill and get a good grip on the mountain behind the wall and finish the job. Foundation Worx personnel have excellent training, the right tools and equipment, and they are consummate professionals. Coordinating between Jonathan, Samantha in the Foundation Worx office, and Cruz and his crew here, we always felt like we were in good hands. And Foundation Worx guarantees their work. We are very happy with the work they did, and it's a relief to know that if we need similar work done in the future, Foundation Worx is there for us.

They came promptly to give estimate however we gave called them back 3 times over the last week and left messages and Brian will not return a call. Finally called the office this morning and still waiting for a call. Communication is very poor. I know they do quality work and would love for them to do our work however they won’t return a call.

Foundation Worx is a top notch company, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, ethical and experienced company when dealing with foundation or drainage/leaking issues. We received several quotes for our work to be done in our basement and selected them because of their reviews, professionalism and recommendation of work to be done. After removing the drywall in preparation for them to come to complete the work, we uncovered additional info we didn't know originally that was behind the drywall. The owner of the company came out to take a look at things before starting work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us several new options for the repair. It ended up being a faulty item installed by another vendor that was causing the leak and we didn't need the Foundation Worx service anymore. We let the FW owner know and he refunded the deposit that was already paid, no questions asked. Its refreshing to know there are solid, upstanding companies still out there and I would recommend them for your work that needs to be done, you'll be glad you did!

I have an older home and was getting water in my crawl space. Also, my house was settling and cracking. I called Foundation Worx and they sent someone out right away. They have great customer service, knowledgeable professionals, and they thoroughly explain the entire process. I am very pleased with the service I received.
