Fails to return calls. Fails to cancel policy's in a timely manner. Wrote wrong house information on policy and then would not change it after being called out. Don't waste your time with this company and save yourself from this headache! If I could have given no star....I would have!

Rob made the transition very smooth and easy; his 13 years of experience really shows. His only purpose was to help us lower our cost, never tried to up sell us, and even gave tips on he could make less money. IT WAS GREAT & PROFESSIONAL!! Thank you so much Rob!!!

It is nice to see one agency keep an eye on my policies. I changed carriers 2 or 3 times due to savings. Much easier to have somebody manage this, than myself. Great way to go! Thank you!!

Rob is a very nice guy who works hard at his business and is very dedicated. He looks at all areas of insurance and looks for the best deal for you but is not pushy like alot of insurance people. If he can't find you something at the time he will keep you in his files and get back to you later to see if he can help you. Very conscientious in my opinion.

First off this is a one man show Rob Stecky selling insurance out of his apartment. I had given him 15 policies in my name plus referred him to others. I needed one small piece of service which was to fax something over to my old insurance company because they had been also charging me I couldn’t get Rob to answer any emails or phone calls and I got one blow off response in a text. If your looking for agent that will serve you trust me look elsewhere. It would of taken him 5 minutes to do my request.

Rob is a true professional. I have worked with many agents and companies in the past, but Rob and his agency Four Point Insurance are top of the line. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for new or has a current insurance policy. I trust them enough to have sent them my family members. This is truly a great local business and asset to the community.

He does not return phone calls regarding your policy. I have been calling texting and emailing for the last month and he did not call me back. I was hesitate to switch several of my policies over with him and once I did it seems like I couldn’t get in touch with him anymore. Very disappointed in his service once he got me to switch over . I do not recommend using him because his communication is terrible . Still waiting to hear from him.
