First, I'd like to say that I hate that I have to give this facility one star because the therapists are great! The front door staff is friendly, and I had no issues with the personnel. My problem is with their lack of disclosure and negligence with copay information. Both of my kids go to fox therapy for OT and ST. Since September, my son has been going there. It wasn't until yesterday (4 months later) that I was told that both kids' copay was actually 150 a week instead of 40 a week. Imagine my surprise when I get an invoice of 700. When I asked why I was initially given an incorrect copay, I was told they had a glitch in their software. That I should have received a bill months ago, and I would have had the chance to either continue or cease services. I was also told I wasn't the only parent this happened to. People have a right to know their copay before agreeing to services so they can make an informed decision when it comes to their care. We're in the middle of a pandemic, and the last thing anyone needs is a surprise bill. The manager was nice enough to say that I could make small payments until it's paid off, but the whole situation was very distasteful. As I said before, great therapists, but just be aware, the copay they tell you may be inaccurate.
