I have had several MRIs administered by Fox Valley Imaging Center, Inc. and have always been satisfied. The images are very clear and doctors have always been able to read them with no issues. The staff is caring and friendly and do whatever is necessary to make the patient feel comfortable. I highly recommend Fox Valley Imaging Center, Inc.

I highly recommend this imaging center. Both for the people, services, and costs. I utilized them for several MRI's and x-rays last year and am about to utilize them again for another MRI. The costs for the ones I have had in the past at a hospital were out of control and I was looking for other options. After calling around I found Fox Valley Imaging and after reviewing their website and doing research, I found out that they have very good equipment. When I went for my first MRI there, I was facing a diagnosis and a lot of unknown. I was anxious, not so much about the MRI itself but because of the diagnosis. The staff was very polite and listened as I asked questions and explained my condition and the pain I had been experiencing. I never felt rushed. The gentleman (technician) who did the scan almost seemed like he was born to do this job. His \bedside manner\ was really great and his voice is very calm, soothing, and reassuring. Exactly what you need when you're in the tube. He thoroughly explained each step of the procedure and was checking on me often to make sure I was doing ok. Also, in general when dealing with the billing and reception side, they are responsive and helpful. I highly recommend if you are looking outside the box for your imaging needs, that you look here!

The owners personally greeted me and took a genuine interest in what i was saying. I will continue to have my imaging and immediate care needs taken care of by these kind folk. 10/10.
