My family and I would like to thank the Dames family for their support during our difficult time. We recently lost our Mother and Fred C Dames handled her services. From the time Brian Dames met us at Mom's home we knew we were in good hands. His professionalism, guidance and support was invaluable to us. Brian treated us like family and helped us make the best decisions for all involved, particularly in this difficult time of COVID. From finding a priest that wasn't quarantined, to making special arrangements with the mausoleum and most importantly making Mom look beautiful. We are eternally grateful. Thank you!

We had a very positive experience. I was at a loss on how to handle properly the arrangements for our loved one. I called and explained what I needed. To fulfill a last with of burial but the cemetery was in another state. They were familiar with the cemetery and were able to arrange everything. Pickup at the hospital all the way to transport and go directly to the burial site in a different state! I did not have to do much else. There was no pressure at all. They gave us choices and we made the decisions. We are forever grateful for the outstanding service they provided. The peace of mind that they brought to us is immense. Thank you.

Had never been here before yesterday and I was impressed with the very well organized and maintained business. Everything is very clean from the outside, the carpets & the bathrooms, even though there were two different wakes taking place at the same time. The room where food/drinks were being served had a nice/friendly lady serving coffee & also keeping the area clean. Signs were there so you knew what food was to be eaten by which wake you were attending. Have never been to a wake where most of the people attending were snacking/drinking (no alcohol). Outside of this room was a large variety of brochures that dealt with the many topics that come up when someone passes. Also, in the food room on the wall, was two picture frames that caught my eye. One was a poem & the other was on why you should probably have a traditional funeral.
