I would NEVER recommend this “place of business” to anyone. Completely unprofessional, rude employees, and the location is scary AF. The name isn’t even Freddy’s; it’s actually Smitty’s. They do business out of a trailer. I pulled up and asked if they accept cards as a form of payment. The employee confirmed they do. After removing my old tire and working on it. He asked if I had cash or card, and told me the lady who accepts cards wasn’t there. He sent me to 7/11 to withdraw cash. Also, the driveway exiting the property is HORRIBLE. I really hope this review saves you the trouble of experiencing this yourself.

Google says the name of the place is Freddy's but it's Smitty's. It's in a \unique\ neighborhood, very non-descript place. (Looks like a rundown, white house from the street.) Shop (trailer) is in the very back. Very messy. But Smitty, nice guy, took care of my flat (screw had punctured my tubeless trailer tire) right away. He pumped up the tire, removed the screw, put a plug in the hole, and water checked for leaks, within minutes. Charged me 21, cash.
He said he couldn't plug my tire because the nail was on the edge of the tread. Ok, so, I asked if he would put my spare on because I was in a hurry, and I had no time to shop for a used tire nor did I actually want mitch match tires. Well, he said the fee was 21.00. Hmmm. No problem. If that's your fee, than that's your fee. (We were still outside by my car). I told him I have to pay with my card because I have very little cash on me, and as I handed him my card, he tells me, oh (Sheila?) (I can't remember the exact name, but...) is in the basement, (while pointing around the corner to another angle of the house looking shop) and she can run your card. Oh! Sir! What you're not going to do is remove my card from my presence creating the opportunity to take front and back pictures of my debit card!! UNPROFESSIONAL!
Agree, calling into this place isn't for soft skinned. The receptionist is very harsh speaking over the phone. (Someone is in need of a career change) and knowledge of invenotry is very poor. I should'nt have to wait 15min to tell if your have a tire. Don't recommend this place while \the rude\ lady is working. All in all this place is TRASH!
Came in, got my tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and the price wasn't to bad.
