My experience was phenomenal. Dr. Harding was very caring and attentive. His MA, Melissa, went above and beyond to make sure I could get in there immediately, be seen, and have what I needed for recovery. I’ve never been anywhere else with that kind of patient care! You can tell she truly loves her job and cares for the people coming in there.

I have had experience with several orthopaedists in the area; none of them have attained the quality care that CVOSM has mastered. I was originally referred by a friend to see Dr. Harding however, he was unavailable so, I made an appointment with Dr. Tanner. Each time I have visited I have waited over an hour to be seen, twice leaving the room asking if I may have been forgotten. I felt as if I was more of a bother than anything, every time. Today when visiting to get my MRI results, Dr. Tanner explained my results to me and because I’m not a doctor, it was all foreign to me. It wasn’t until I asked to actually physically see my results that I not fully understood, but had a better understanding. I was given a couple of treatment options and was asked so, what do you think? I mean, I’m not the one with the degree here so, I think you should tell me. When I stood up to leave, I was actually shocked to see a full size, colored diagram of the leg which the doctor could have used to better explain my injury. Unfortunately, this is the worse experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I should’ve just waited for the first available appointment with Dr. Harding.

Took my preschool age child for a fracture and they were phenomenal with him. I was worried because they are not “pediatric” but am so glad we were here. Scheduling an appt was quick and easy, we were seen in a timely manner and all the people we interacted with were kind and understanding. Highly recommend Dr. Zimmerman.
