Un Happy

My family has been coming here for a while. There has been so many changes lately and none seem for the better. The only familiar face I see at the front desk is Melissa and we don’t see her often. We enjoy seeing her when we do because she is friendly and the others are not so much. The younger girls are not friendly. They act like they know everything. One young girl opened the door and said “Come on”. I thought that was extremely rude. We don’t care for the new doctor/nurse practitioner? Jessica. She is very judgy, unlike the other doctors and practitioners.

So not happy. I came here new patient well visit and got billed because the dr said my baby had eczema when I said to the nurse my baby had it I’m not concerned. Nurse practitioner said I see it ok. Ok. Then bill me now 2 months they will not return my calls. Billing won’t return my calls. They keep billing me. And are avoiding speaking to me. DO NOT GO. they just want money.

I had a great experience at this office, Rosa was a great help with my boys. She helped me with settling down my little one who was crying non-stop. I was having such a rough day & she just made it better. We need more people like Rosa who cares about others. From the moment we walked in to the office and to go home she was just amazing. My grandson has been coming here since he was born. Kim is truly amazing! I would give her 100 stars if I could. She is so thorough, professional and very friendly. She is absolutely wonderful at her job. I literally can not say enough good things about her. She takes her time and engages with the children and parents. Kim, you’re amazing!

My youngest son loves Dr. Laurore! The whole staff is great and helpful. The wait can sometimes be a bit long but it has never been excessive. I would rather wait a little longer for a pediatrician my kids like and we trust than to go to some of the other doctors in the area.
