The sales staff was excellent. I have had issues with the service department so far. When I bought the car, the the Engine Start/Stop button was white when i pressed the brake and stayed white after I started the Engine. The next day during a ride to Sumter, something changed the Engine Start/Stop button to red. I have not been able to find anything in the owners manual that talk about the button changing to red so I called the service department and did not get a satisfactory answer. The person I spoke with promised to call me back after researching the issue. I discovered last night that I missed the call. I stopped by today and asked the same question again. The person I spoke with showed me another vehicle that was in for service that the button was also red. That does not make either of us correct. I am still waiting for a better answer.

Freedom Honda in Sumter made the process of purchasing a vehicle easy. The sales staff were quick to reply to emails, texts, and phone calls. This was very helpful during COVID. The actual test drive/purchase experience was very safe with PPE policies being used in the dealership. I especially liked the professionalism and courtesy at the dealership.

EVERYONE was super friendly and had everything ready to go when I got there. Drove the truck and loved it (as I knew I would because I have driven one before). They offer a \shuttle\ service if you need to work your car service around appointments or even possibly work. Chris and Bobby are always super helpful. Isaiah helped me with my last service and he was super helpful!
