Wanted to share our great experience we had with Steve Jackson at Fremont Homes and his preferred excavator Eric Mansfield from Rick Mansfield and Sons Excavating. They arrived when they said and finished on time. We were under the gun to be in by a certain date due to our rental agreement expiration so he may have pushed his team a bit. If you are a member of either team of folks who worked on our home, THANK YOU. Communication via phone and email throughout was phenomenal. We never had to guess what’s next or wonder what they are doing this week. Replies to questions were never more than a day or two at most. From the start, we were involved in all aspects. However both Steve and Eric provided their input and experience in addressing some very challenging issues they came across before, during and after the project was complete ( water / mud/ driveway). Things we never thought of were called out and addressed. We love the way Eric did the driveway. He said he would make it look good and built to last, he is a man of his word. People ask is who did it and we tell them Eric ! We have had third party contractors / vendors come to do some installs after the fact (generator, gutters, etc) and they are impressed with the way the home, crawl space, garage and porches were constructed. We highly recommend Steve at Fremont Homes and Eric at Rick Mansfield and Sons for your home build and special call out to Steve and Eric for going above and beyond to make our forever home a reality. We have shared our positive experience with all our friends and family and recommend them both to any who read this. This review comes with no strings attached and provided willingly.

Scott and his crews were phenomenal. Scott was very responsive to all of our wants and needs with our new home. Never had a single problem with the business or any of the various teams who worked on our home.
My wife and I are very happy with the workmanship and quality received from everyone that was involved in making our small piece of property, our home. Fremont Homes was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had from start to finish. Scott Brownell would alway respond to messages within a day. We recommend everyone to Fremont Homes.
I have recently purchased my first home, we choose to go the mobile home route. Fremont Homes have been great. From the beginning they have been very kind and helpful. We had a few small things that needed fixing they came right away and did the work. Will recommend to anyone looking.
To give these guys five stars is not nearly enough! My husband researched modular homes; makes, models, and dealers for more than a year before we found Fremont Homes. From the moment we walked on the lot we knew we wanted to use Fremont Homes. Not only did we fall in love with a model home, by our desired manufacturer, we loved working with Steve! Steve walked us through every step of construction process, answering our endless questions, always with a smile on his face, even when I would change my mind or add something! He is extremely patient and quick to respond, as we emailed him several times along the way. Fremont Homes uses a professional team of contractors to assist in the construction process who all work in concert with one another. Because my husband and I were living on site during the construction, we were often present when the contractors would come each morning. Many of them made comments about how great it was to work with Fremont Homes because they are well organized. We saw this firsthand! Steve called in early May, (after being cleared as essential due to COVID-19) and Howarth’s began breaking ground immediately. The septic went in, the foundation, the well. It was so exciting to see the progress. We were actually in our home earlier than we anticipated, even throughout this whole COVID-19 ordeal! Once our home was set, Mo and Sid came and finished the interior. These guys are phenomenal! They took the time to make sure every single detail was to our satisfaction! We have been in our new home for just over a month now. We are THRILLED by the quality of the home and the workmanship. From our experience, Fremont Homes goes above and beyond for their customers. We would highly recommend Fremont Homes to anyone who was looking for a first-rate team to make their new home dreams come true!
