I recently found myself without interface service after my initial C4 year's subscription expired on the weekend. Stereo East got my payment taken care of, then emailed David (who was off), letting me know that David may or may not take care of it before Monday morning. I thoroughly expected to not have interface functionality (mostly voice control) until that time. Color me very happily surprised when, only several hours later, David Butler notified me my license was active again. David has done a tremendous job in the past making sure my system is running to my complete satisfaction on numerous occasions; he takes the time to explain what I don't understand, often having to repeat himself. This time, it was after hours support provided on his own time! Essentially, he provides timely, professional, expert, customer-focused service and support during AND after his normal work hours. Stereo East performs!
