2/26/21 Went with a family member to get a futon for her office, and was immediately greeted by the store owner Mark. He was very professional yet easy going, thorough, and incredibly patient with us in our search for the perfect futon. 2/27/21 David showed up (30 min into the 2 hour delivery window they gave us!! Awesome!!) He was super polite and ready to go. By the time we had something to prop the door open he was walking up with the first pieces. David was great, friendly, and hilariously honest.

We were looking for a new futon that would double as a bed. I had a futon most of my life and love having them because of their versatility as a comfy couch or bed. Futons have become something of a "lost art" and are hard to find in your major furniture & mattress stores. I searched online for online options but most we're going to cost me 1,000-1,400, not including installation. I found the models I was interested in at the Futon Store and a good matress with matching pair of drawers. Mr. Flores even provided us with a discount on shipping and installation. Installation was great. Gentlemen that came with his truck and tools and did it all himself. We offered to help but he said he was good. He even went through how to use the bed. I was very pleased of the price and service. FYI: it is a locally owned and operated store but because of a smaller overhead you can't beat the pricing. I know some people wanna go for big stores because of their looks but some of these smaller dealers are just as great and have savings.

We bought a futon here a couple weeks ago, and it has held up very well! They offer installation if you need it, and they also deliver. We were greeted and helped very kindly, and were even helped to loading up our frame and mattress! I recccomend the 6 inch mattress as it is very comfortable and can’t feel the bar it rests on.

Very helpful! We wanted to get a new mattress for our futon frame, and the clerk was really helpful, even though we got there about half an hour before closing time. He didn't rush us, and he helped put the new cover on the mattress for us, and helped us get it in the car!
