I have been a resident of Rocky Mount for my entire adult life (50 years). During that time I have purchased vehicles from most of the dealers in town. I have had disappointing service from them all with one exception: Gabe Rowe Nissan. Service is easy to schedule. Eric Martin always sees that the work is done right and the turnaround is quick. Mr. Rowe has developed a team that is efficient and trustworthy. However, the thing that I appreciate the most is the courtesy and respect that they show their customers.

It was for my first oil change for my 2020 Nissan Murano. Eric is always so on point! He even gave me a heads up about a recall for my vehicle. He let me know that I will need to leave my car for a few days in order to fix this and he reminded me that I can have this recall taken care of at any Nissan dealer.
