Very unorganized and slow in planning my mother's service. He didn't know procedure for ordering flowers for the coffin, had to repeatedly leave the room to ask questions about procedures, etc...too many instances to list. So many mistakes in her actual service... obituary not put in newspaper in time, many typo errors in memorial cards, sat graveside service chairs on my sister's grave, and again...too many to list. They do funerals and planning every day. Why was it so hard to get simple things right?

Jim from Crestwood handled my aunts funeral, we had to fly her from PA to Alabama and and had the service on short notice. Jim was great to work with along with the staff of crestwood, I can highly recommend them.
